The cheap wood didn’t stain well, but I recommend using a wood conditioner. Furthermore, wiring is kind of difficult with a hollow body, but the tone of the guitar is actually pretty good. It’s not bad for a first build. The last issue is that the neck feels a little bulky in comparison to my other guitars and especially for a Tele. Overall, it’s not bad for the money and the learning experience (if it’s your first build).
