I purchased for a short scale precision bass I was building with a kit. I was having trouble getting the electronics to work, so I decided to give this a try. I knew the pick guard wouldn't fit, so I was just using the setup for the electronic parts. The pick guard itself was actually very nice. As far as the electronics, I was able to quickly swap the parts to my other pick guard. The parts worked right away and sounded very good. It's hard to believe that they can make this, ship it from China and have it work great for the price.
