I purchased a Henry Heller acoustic gigbag from a local music store. Seemed like a good product and the salesman gave them a glowing endorsement. I trusted him, so about a month after I bought this bag, I bought one for my bass and one that holds two electrics.Within a few months, I realized how awful they are. All of the bags have a huge flaw: the zipper. For starters, the metal is incredibly cheap. One by one, ALL of the zipper handles broke off. All that’s left is the base which makes them incredibly frustrating to zipper.But that's not all. Even worse is the zipper itself is incredibly finicky. It often gets stuck and difficult to get unstuck. Also, you run into a problem where you move the zipper and it doesn't even close. It just runs up and down the track. It even comes undone sometimes after you zipper it! God forbid that happens in the rain.I'm now left with three expensive and barely usable gigbags. Don't make the same mistake.
